Rose is a legal intern at the Reading Law Firm, where she assists with drafting legal documents, organizing client files, and supporting estate document signing conferences. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, with a minor in Legal Studies and History. During her time at Penn, Rose was an active member of the Penn Ballet Company for three years. A 2021 graduate of Kittatinny High School, she is currently preparing to apply to law school in the upcoming spring.
In her personal life, philanthropy plays an important role, as she volunteers at the Bodhi Monastery Food Pantry and, while at Penn, was involved with Christ in the City Homeless Outreach and Camp Kesem.
Lisa is a Certified Social Worker, credentialed by the New Jersey Board of Social Work Examiners. She has completed in the past year over twenty continuing education units, including coursework in Ethics, Cultural Diversity, Clinical Practice, and legal topics relevant to elder care, and continuously takes additional further education courses.
At the Reading Law Firm, Lisa provides vital support in Medicaid applications, guardianships, and long-term care planning. She remains consistently informed about regulatory developments affecting senior services at the county, state, and federal levels.
Lisa brings a wealth of experience from her extensive career in senior care administration. Prior to joining the Reading Law Firm, she held leadership roles at Valley View Care Center in Newton, Knoll View in Sparta, Regency Grande Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dover, and most recently, Barn Hill in Newton. Throughout her career, Lisa has been a compassionate advocate for seniors and their families, offering guidance during admissions and serving as a trusted liaison between families and care facilities.
Andrea has been interning at the Reading Law Firm, LLC since December 2024, where she manages most phases of the estate administration matters and works closely with clients serving as Estate Administrators and Executors.
She is currently completing her undergraduate degree online at Liberty University, majoring in English with a concentration in journalism and a minor in pre-law. Andrea expects to graduate in December 2025. She is also enrolled in Villanova University’s Paralegal Program and is preparing to take the LSAT in Spring 2025 as she pursues her goal of attending law school.
Andrea’s faith plays a central role in her life. She is actively involved in youth discipleship programs and regularly participates in community-focused volunteer initiatives.
